Providing Partnership & Practice For Arkansas-Oklahoma's Coaching Professionals

Welcome!  We are so excited you have made the decision to be a member of the International Coach Federation Arkansas Oklahoma Chapter. Covering such a large geographical area provides the opportunity to get to know and network with coaches outside your local community.

We are a virtual chapter that meets monthly via Zoom. During each meeting we have the opportunity to grow in knowledge as well as support each other in our individual practices.  We also meet periodically throughout the area for networking events.

There are a variety of ways you can become involved in our chapter. Please feel free to reach out with a call or an email with any questions you have. I look forward to getting to know you and how I can assist you on your coaching journey.

Warmly,  Lissa

  • Kelly Gallagher
    PCC. – Director of Programming

As a lifelong learner, I am honored to serve the AR-OK ICF chapter in this capacity.  It is my firm belief that programming largely determines the culture of an ICF Chapter, and my aim is to mold ICF AR-OK into one of the best through innovative continuing education.

I have been a strategic consultant and executive coach since 2014; prior to this I was an internal coach and trainer; coaching professionals for success in the areas of communication, negotiation, and all things business development. I obtained my ICF training through the Master’s program at the University of Texas/Dallas along with an MS. in Management and Organizational Development.

My 25 years corporate business development experience across the healthcare industry provides me with a unique perspective fostering advancement of individuals, organizations and teams, sustainably and without dysfunction.

Currently I am working towards my MCC through a program within the North Texas ICF, mentoring a group of coaches in my business development program “90 Minutes to Success,” and coaching business leaders across a variety of industries.
