Session Description: How do we evaluate our own coaching skills? Or why would we want to? In this session we will explore effective ways to reflect on your own coaching to sharpen your skills including familiarity with core competencies and recognition of them in a coaching session all for the benefit of our client.

Learning Objectives:  

  • Gain confidence in your ability to deliver value to your clients using the ICF Core Competencies
  • Elevate partnership and momentum with your mentor coach through effective self-evaluation
  • Design a reflective practice that will deliver long-term results in your development as a coach
  • Take home practical tools to support your growth journey as a coach

Speaker Bio: 

Cindy has a passion for supporting coaches in their personal and professional development and journey. Having lived and served internationally in leadership roles for 27 years with her husband, she is energized by the variety of cultures and human experiences that benefit from coaching interactions. Cindy holds her ICF PCC credential, she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and has an MA in Counseling. She is the Director of Education and serves on faculty at an international level 1 and level 2 coach education institute. She offers mentor coaching, coach supervision, team, group and 1:1 coaching.
