Session Description: This session will help coaches build on their ethics knowledge and take it from a side-bar concept to a pillar of their practice. This repositioning seeks to give coaches, at all levels, a professional advantage that will strongly support their work and the foundation of their business. 

Learning Objectives: 

  • To shift the understanding of ethics from concept to practice.

  • Show the connection between core competencies and how they intersect with practical ethics.

  • Provide a structure/tool to do this work.

Speaker Bio: 

Working with leaders and professional coaches is the hallmark of Jordan's work. As an Executive Leadership Coach, Coach Educator, Mentor Coach and Coach Supervisor 

Jordan is dedicated to supporting her clients in achieving the transformational change they desire. She believes that sustainable and transformational change happens from the inside out and connects to our purpose and inner fire. For the past eight years she has taught coaching ethics and group coaching as a part of an international coach certification program. She is the creator of the Brave Leadership Mastermind & the Brave Coach Mastermind.
