Community Meeting
Session Description: People tend to think about motivation as something that some people have and others don’t. Because motivation impacts everything we do, we all possess the same amount of motivation. The trick is not finding extra motivation - it’s becoming more aware of how motivation actually works and what truly motivates you. This session will teach you how to help clients examine their motivation on a deeper level and adjust or refocus their motivation in a way that helps them fulfill their potential and achieve more of their most important goals.
Learning Objectives:
1) To help coaches understand the unique dynamics of motivation and how they correlate with each person’s individual pursuits and personal growth.
2) To equip coaches with the ability to coach clients on the topic of motivation in a way that evokes deep awareness and enhances action steps and follow through.
3) To provide practical tools and frameworks that coaches can use immediately in sessions with clients.
