At our recent board retreat, we spent time reflecting on where our chapter is today, the impact we want to have, and how we can best serve coaches throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas. Those conversations led us to a renewed vision centered around three pillars: Community, Development, and Awareness.
Now we'd like to bring the conversation to you.
During our August chapter meeting, we'll briefly share the vision that emerged from the retreat and then spend most of our time in facilitated small-group discussions. We want to hear your ideas, perspectives, and hopes for our chapter.
Your input will help shape our programming, initiatives, and priorities for the coming year before plans are finalized.
If a particular idea sparks your interest, there will also be an opportunity to indicate whether you'd like to stay involved as conversations continue. There's no commitment by attending or participating in the discussion. We want to hear your thoughts and perspectives.
If you're unable to join us, we'd still love to hear your thoughts. Feel free to email the board so your ideas can be part of the conversation.
