DESCRIPTION:
In a world of constant change and information overload, coaches are increasingly asked to help clients find clarity, focus, and meaningful action. In this session, we’ll explore how combining Visual Thinking with an Agile Mindset can give you practical tools to support that process.
You’ll discover how simple drawings, visual frameworks, and small iterative experiments can help clients “see” their goals, obstacles, and options more clearly. We’ll look at real examples from coaching and facilitation, and you’ll leave with ready-to-use visuals that you can bring into your own sessions—whether you coach leaders, teams, or individuals.

- How to use simple visual structures to help clients clarify goals, obstacles, and next steps.
- How an Agile Mindset can make coaching conversations more dynamic, experimental, and action-oriented.
- A set of easy-to-use visual templates you can apply immediately in your coaching practice.
- Practical ideas for integrating visuals into online and in-person sessions, even with low tech.
SPEAKER BIOS:
Iratxe Kaltzakorta is an Agile Coach, facilitator, and current President of Agile Spain. She is also a professional coach trained through an ICF Level 2 accredited program, completing 125 hours of coach-specific education and progressing toward the PCC certification.
With more than 10 years of experience helping teams and leaders in banking, retail, and energy, she brings together Agile ways of working, visual thinking, and coaching to make collaboration clearer, more human, and more effective. As a graphic facilitator and visual thinker, she designs and leads sessions where simple drawings, structure, and conversation come together to make complex ideas easier to see and act on. She is passionate about making change feel human, practical, and sustainable.

Carmela O'Flaherty, PCC, is a dynamic coach, consultant, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience helping leaders navigate the beautifully messy world of communication and leadership across cultures, industries, and styles.
